The upcoming Workshop 2012 is a continuation of annually organized meetings since 2007.
The goal of this Workshop is to present and discuss different modeling approaches in the field of the dynamic behavior of materials. An important objective is to consider original material descriptions which are suitable for Finite Element codes to simulate dynamic failure phenomena related to engineering applications.
